After the winter season a lot of things have been done at Anderl. The floor and sealing in the table tennis room have been renewed. The doors to the swimming hall and the sauna have been changed. Many more small things have been done, it’s worth having a look.
Today (18th of March) Mr. Schöffmann informed me by email that the owners meeting has to be deferred due to the CORONA-crisis. The new date is not yet known. He will inform us as soon as possible. He apologizes for any inconveniences.
Front renovation has been finishe for this year. The scaffold has been removed. You will findes pictures of the result in our gallery.
The property management writes:
“Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the work on the facade will start on 30.09.2019, whereby the working hours, depending on the weather, from 7:30 to 18:00 are planned – we ask you until 30.09.2019 the affected Clear the balconies, or instruct the caretaker to do this for you. “
