New property management takes over

The new property managment Muzak Immobilien taks over at the 1st of Januray 2019. Muzak Immobilien has its head quater in Saalfelden. Mr. Muzak knows the Anderl from its building time allready. It’s a great chance that he took over. Please support him wherever you can.

Internet / WLAN – state of the art

The renovation of our WLAN is starting soon. We have found a service provider in Saalfelden who is modernizing our infrastructure. The work begins as soon as it has been commissioned by our property management. By the winter season at the latest we have a high-performance Wi-Fi on the newest. On August the 6th we will have an inspection to fix he mount points of the new access points.

On 6.8. the visit to the WLAN took place with Fritz Tropper. It has turned out after many measurements that the 15 planned access points are not sufficient. We will need 20. In addition, it turned out that some cables have to be replaced, they are no longer up-to-date and do not support the necessary bandwidth. We will receive a changed offer in a timely manner.
